NRS 451.015 - Commercial use of aborted embryo or fetus prohibited; penalty.

NV Rev Stat § 451.015 (2015) What's This?

Any person who uses, or makes available for the use of another, the remains of an aborted embryo or fetus for any commercial purpose shall be fined not less than $250 nor more than $5,000.
