Chapter 445A - Water Controls
NRS 445A.850 - “Water system” defined.

NV Rev Stat § 445A.850 (2015) What's This?

“Water system” means any privately owned public water system which serves at least 15 service connections that are used by residents throughout the year or regularly serves at least 25 residents throughout the year. The term does not include a public utility which serves more than 25,000 persons.
