NRS 445A.670 - Attorney General to serve as legal counsel.
NV Rev Stat § 445A.670 (2015) What's This?
The Attorney General shall serve as legal counsel for the Commission and the Department and shall, at the request of the Director, assist in the enforcement of the provisions of NRS 445A.300 to 445A.730, inclusive.
