Chapter 445A - Water Controls
NRS 445A.335 - “Diffuse source” defined.

NV Rev Stat § 445A.335 (2015) What's This?

“Diffuse source” means any source of water pollution which is diffused to the extent that it is not readily discernible and cannot be confined to a discrete conveyance. This term is intended to be equivalent to the term “nonpoint source” as used in federal statutes and regulations.
