Chapter 445A - Water Controls
NRS 445A.160 - Environmental review: Regulations; preparation and review of environmental assessments.

NV Rev Stat § 445A.160 (2015) What's This?

1. The Commission shall adopt regulations relating to the environmental review process required by 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et § 2. Each municipality or interstate agency which receives money from the Account shall prepare an environmental assessment which complies with the regulations adopted by the Commission and submit it to the Department for review.

3. The Department shall review each such assessment.
