NV Rev Stat § 435.445 (2015) What's This?
The Division or its designated agent may inspect any division facility providing services for persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with related conditions to determine if the facility is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
