NV Rev Stat § 433.533 (2015) What's This?
Each facility shall, within a reasonable time after a consumer is admitted to the facility for evaluation, treatment or training, ask the consumer to sign a document that reflects that the consumer has received a list of the consumer’s rights and has had those rights explained to him or her.
