NRS 433.227 - “ Treatment to competency” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 433.227 (2015) What's This?
“Treatment to competency” means treatment provided to a person who is a defendant in a criminal action or proceeding to attempt to cause the person to attain competency to stand trial or receive pronouncement of judgment.
