NRS 428.355 - Definitions.
NV Rev Stat § 428.355 (2015) What's This?
As used in this section and NRS 428.365 and 428.375, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. “Community Services Block Grant Act” means the federal act set forth in 42 U.S.C. §§ 9901 et § 2. “Director” means the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services.
3. “Eligible entity” has the meaning ascribed to it in 42 U.S.C. § 9902.
