NRS 428.145 - “Hospital” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 428.145 (2015) What's This?
“Hospital” means an establishment which has the staff and equipment to provide diagnosis, care and treatment of all stages of human injury and illness and which provides 24-hour medical care.
