NRS 414.310 - Broadcasters: Development of plans for emergency response.
NV Rev Stat § 414.310 (2015) What's This?
Broadcasters in this State shall, in cooperation with the Division of Emergency Management of the Department of Public Safety and the Nevada Broadcasters Association or its successor organization, develop comprehensive, coordinated plans for preparing for and responding appropriately to an emergency or disaster.
