NRS 395.008 - “Special education program” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 395.008 (2015) What's This?
“Special education program” means a program which provides instruction specially designed in accordance with minimum standards prescribed by the State Board of Education to meet the unique needs of persons with disabilities.
