Chapter 360 - General Provisions
NRS 360.930 - “Project” defined. [Effective through June 30, 2036.]

“Project” means a project undertaken by a business or group of businesses:

1. Located within the geographic boundaries of a single project site in this State; and

2. Engaged in a common purpose or business endeavor.
