Chapter 360 - General Provisions
NRS 360.7581 - “Above-the-line personnel” defined. [Effective through June 30, 2023.]

NV Rev Stat § 360.7581 (2015) What's This?

“Above-the-line personnel” means a producer, director, writer, actor, other than an extra, or other similar personnel whose compensation is negotiated before the start of the qualified production. The term does not include below-the-line personnel.
