NRS 35.270 - Appeal does not stay judgment of ouster.

NV Rev Stat § 35.270 (2015) What's This?

If the action is commenced in the district court, an appeal may be taken from the final judgment by either party to the appellate court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the rules fixed by the Supreme Court pursuant to Section 4 of Article 6 of the Nevada Constitution, as in other cases; but if there is judgment of ouster against the defendant, there shall be no stay of execution or proceedings pending such appeal.
