NRS 348.450 - Acceptance of deposit of public securities as security.
NV Rev Stat § 348.450 (2015) What's This?
Whenever under the laws of the State a deposit of public securities is authorized as security, public securities otherwise meeting the authorized criteria, which are issued under a system of full registration which provides for registration of pledges of such securities, may be deposited and must be accepted as security if the pledge is registered.
