NRS 348.300 - Limitation on amendment and repeal of chapter.

NV Rev Stat § 348.300 (2015) What's This?

This state hereby covenants that it will not amend or repeal this chapter if the effect is that interest on public securities may as a result thereof be no longer exempt from federal income taxation provided for by the Tax Code.
