NRS 309.380 - Right-of-way granted over state lands.
NV Rev Stat § 309.380 (2015) What's This?
The right-of-way is hereby given, dedicated and set apart, to locate, construct, operate and maintain the works of the district over and through any of the lands which are now or may be the property of the State.
