NRS 309.337 - Applicability of Local Government Securities Law.

The provisions of the Local Government Securities Law apply to any securities authorized to be issued under NRS 309.332 to 309.339, inclusive, and in the event of conflict, the provisions of the Local Government Securities Law control.
