NRS 309.335 - Canvass of election returns; declaration of results.
NV Rev Stat § 309.335 (2015) What's This?
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 309.3395, at any regular or special meeting of the board held within 6 working days following the date of such election, the returns thereof must be canvassed and the results thereof declared.
