NRS 304.040 - Nomination of candidates; exception.
NV Rev Stat § 304.040 (2015) What's This?
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 304.200 to 304.250, inclusive, party candidates for Representative in Congress shall be nominated in the same manner as state officers are nominated.
