NRS 2A.180 - Regular sessions; issuance of writs.
NV Rev Stat § 2A.180 (2015) What's This?
The Court of Appeals shall:
1. Hold such regular sessions during each calendar year as are necessary to dispose of its business.
2. Always be open for the issuance of writs.
