NRS 269.580 - Management of designated services.
NV Rev Stat § 269.580 (2015) What's This?
The board of county commissioners of any county may, by resolution adopted at a regular meeting, designate any one or more of the services enumerated in NRS 269.575 as properly within the power of a town advisory board to manage.
