NRS 240A.270 - Denial, suspension, revocation or refusal to renew registration.

NV Rev Stat § 240A.270 (2015) What's This?

1. The Secretary of State may deny, suspend, revoke or refuse to renew the registration of any person who violates a provision of this chapter or a regulation or order adopted or issued pursuant thereto. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a suspension or revocation may be imposed only after a hearing.

2. The Secretary of State shall immediately revoke the registration of a registrant upon the receipt of an official document or record showing:

(a) The entry of a judgment or conviction; or

(b) The occurrence of any other event,
