NRS 239.190 - Proceedings brought in county where property is situated.
NV Rev Stat § 239.190 (2015) What's This?
The district court of any county in which the property is situated which will be affected by proceedings to restore lost records, as provided in this chapter, shall have jurisdiction of such proceedings.
