Chapter 179D - Registration of Sex Offenders and Offenders Convicted of a Crime Against a Child
NRS 179D.050 - “Local law enforcement agency” defined.

NV Rev Stat § 179D.050 (2015) What's This?

“Local law enforcement agency” means:

1. The sheriff’s office of a county;

2. A metropolitan police department; or

3. A police department of an incorporated city.
