Chapter 156 - Administration of Estates of Missing Persons
NRS 156.240 - Limitation of actions.

NV Rev Stat § 156.240 (2015) What's This?

No claims against the estate of a missing person, or against the personal representative of the estate or any surety or distributee may be brought by any person, including the missing person and persons claiming under him or her, after the expiration of 5 years from the date of disappearance as determined in the manner provided in NRS 156.160.
