NRS 143.335 - Independent administration of estate by special administrator.

NV Rev Stat § 143.335 (2015) What's This?

A special administrator may be granted authority to administer the estate pursuant to NRS 143.300 to 143.815, inclusive, if the special administrator is appointed with, or has been granted, the powers of a general personal representative.
