NV Rev Stat § 143.080 (2015) What's This?

Any person or the personal representative has a right of action against the personal representative of a decedent who, in the lifetime of the decedent wasted, destroyed, took, carried away or converted the goods or chattels of that person, or committed any trespass on the real property of that person.
