NRS 116B.135 - “Leasehold condominium hotel” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 116B.135 (2015) What's This?
“Leasehold condominium hotel” means a condominium hotel in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium hotel or reduce its size.
