NRS 78.375 - Waiver of notice or other communication.
NV Rev Stat § 78.375 (2014) What's This?
Whenever any notice or other communication is required to be delivered under the provisions of this chapter, a waiver thereof in a signed writing by the person or persons entitled to the notice or communication, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent thereto.
