NV Rev Stat § 692A.060 (2014) What's This?

Title agent is a person, firm or corporation appointed by a title insurer to solicit applications for insurance or to negotiate for title insurance contracts on its behalf, and if authorized to do so by the insurer, to prepare and countersign title insurance policies and contracts.
