NRS 673.830 - Violation of chapter or sale of securities through fraudulent misrepresentation.
NV Rev Stat § 673.830 (2014) What's This?
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or sell any securities as the result of any fraudulent misrepresentation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and the license issued to him or her shall be forfeited and revoked.
