Chapter 673 - Savings and Loan Associations
NRS 673.045 - Amendment or alteration of license by Commissioner; appeal.

NV Rev Stat § 673.045 (2014) What's This?

The Commissioner may, for reasonable cause and upon 15 days notice, amend or alter any license issued by him or her, but the association may appeal the order of the Commissioner in the manner provided in this chapter.
