Chapter 644 - Cosmetology
NRS 644.248 - Hair braiders: Scope of examination.
1. The examination for licensure as a hair braider pursuant to paragraph (e) of subsection 1 of NRS 644.209 must include:
(a) A written test on antisepsis, sterilization and sanitation; and
(b) A written test on the laws of Nevada and the regulations of the Board relating to cosmetology.
2. The examination for licensure as a hair braider pursuant to NRS 644.208 or paragraph (f) of subsection 1 of NRS 644.209 must include:
(a) The written tests described in subsection 1; and
(b) A practical demonstration in hair braiding.
