NRS 644.180 - Revolving fund.

NV Rev Stat § 644.180 (2014) What's This?

An amount not to exceed $1,000 may be drawn from the Contingent Fund to be used as a revolving fund where cash advances are necessary. Expenditures from the revolving fund must be substantiated by vouchers and itemized statements at the end of each fiscal year, or at any other time when demanded by the Chief of the Budget Division of the Department of Administration.
