NRS 644.029 - Nail technologist defined.
NV Rev Stat § 644.029 (2014) What's This?
Nail technologist means any person who, for compensation or by demonstration, engages in the practices of:
1. Care of another s fingernails or toenails.
2. Beautification of another s nails.
3. Extension of another s nails.
4. Massaging of another s hands, forearms, feet or lower legs.
