NRS 644.0225 - Cosmetological establishment defined.
NV Rev Stat § 644.0225 (2014) What's This?
Cosmetological establishment means any premises, mobile unit, building or part of a building where cosmetology is practiced, other than a licensed barbershop in which one or more licensed nail technologists practice.
