Chapter 641B - Social Workers
NRS 641B.200 - Preliminary qualifications.
NV Rev Stat § 641B.200 (2014) What's This?
Each applicant for a license shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the Board that the applicant is:
1. At least 21 years of age.
2. A citizen of the United States, or is lawfully entitled to remain and work in the United States.
