NRS 633.071 - Malpractice defined.
NV Rev Stat § 633.071 (2014) What's This?
Malpractice means failure on the part of an osteopathic physician or physician assistant to exercise the degree of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by osteopathic physicians or physician assistants in good standing in the community in which he or she practices.
