NRS 632.477 - Identification including surname of licensee prohibited.

NV Rev Stat § 632.477 (2014) What's This?

The Board, or a medical facility or any other person who employs a licensee, shall not require a licensee while on duty, to wear a badge or other form of identification that includes the surname of the licensee.
