Chapter 630 - Physicians, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, Perfusionists and Practitioners of Respiratory Care
NRS 630.167 - Submission of fingerprints.
In addition to any other requirements set forth in this chapter, each applicant for a license to practice medicine, to practice as a perfusionist, to practice as a physician assistant or to practice respiratory care shall submit to the Board a complete set of fingerprints and written permission authorizing the Board to forward the fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report. Any fees or costs charged by the Board for this service pursuant to NRS 630.268 are not refundable.
