NRS 618.715 - Separate and continuing offenses.
NV Rev Stat § 618.715 (2014) What's This?
Each violation of any provision of this chapter, or any part or portion thereof, is a separate and distinct offense, and in the case of a violation continuing past the abatement date, each day s continuance thereof constitutes a separate and distinct offense.
