NRS 616A.257 - Independent review organization defined.

NV Rev Stat § 616A.257 (2014) What's This?

Independent review organization means an organization which has been issued a certificate pursuant to NRS 616A.469 that authorizes the organization to conduct external reviews for the purposes of chapters 616A to 617, inclusive, of NRS.
