Chapter 612 - Unemployment Compensation
NRS 612.165 - Fund defined.

NV Rev Stat § 612.165 (2014) What's This?

Fund means the Unemployment Compensation Fund established by this chapter, to which all contributions, other than special bond contributions, as defined in NRS 612.6116, or payments in lieu of contributions, are required to be deposited and from which all benefits provided under this chapter shall be paid and from which the principal due on a bond which is attributable to the payment of benefits under Title XII of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 1321 et § 612Sec6108">NRS 612.6108, may be paid.
