NRS 586.410 - Disclosure of information relative to formulas unlawful; exceptions.

NV Rev Stat § 586.410 (2014) What's This?

It is unlawful for any person to use for the person s own advantage, or to reveal, other than to the Director or proper officers or employees of the State, or to the courts of this State in response to a subpoena, or to physicians, or in emergencies to pharmacists and other qualified persons, for use in the preparation of antidotes, any information relating to the formulas of products acquired by authority of NRS 586.280.
