NRS 586.400 - Detachment of labels or addition or removal of substances from pesticide unlawful.

NV Rev Stat § 586.400 (2014) What's This?

It shall be unlawful for any person to detach, alter, deface or destroy, in whole or in part, any label or labeling provided for in NRS 586.010 to 586.450, inclusive, or regulations promulgated thereunder, or to add any substance to, or take any substance from, a pesticide in a manner that may defeat the purpose of NRS 586.010 to 586.450, inclusive.
