NV Rev Stat § 555.2665 (2014) What's This?

Pest includes, but is not limited to, any insect, fungus, rodent, nematode, snail, slug and weed and any form of plant or animal life or virus, except any virus on or in a living human or other animal, which is normally considered to be a pest or which the Director declares to be a pest.
