Chapter 501 - Administration and Enforcement
NRS 501.310 - Fund for advisory board.

NV Rev Stat § 501.310 (2014) What's This?

There is hereby created in each of the counties of this State a fund for the advisory board. The fund must be kept in the county treasury, and all money received from the Department must be placed in the fund.
