NV Rev Stat § 463.4218 (2014) What's This?
User means an operator of a race book, sports pool or gambling game who is licensed in this state and receives and displays a live broadcast within this state and uses information contained in the broadcast to determine winners of or payoffs on wagers the operator accepts.
